What's Our Goal? |
How do we know how to help you break through to feeling enough?
Well, I've been there. From the junkyard to the mountain top, figuratively and literally. And let's be honest, I know what it's like when the old habits still show up, or I arrive at a new level calling me to continue my own growth. I spent years thinking I had to do more, be more, just to feel good enough for this world. Spoiler alert: I finally realized I was good enough all along, and guess what? You are too. Now, I've made it my mission to help guys like you stop chasing the next big thing and start feeling confident, content, and enough—just as you are. My TEDx talk is all about the journey and some of the extreme ways I've tried to navigate the path to ENOUGHness. Writing the talk itself was a transformational experience, as I discovered how far I've come and how ENOUGH we all really are. |
Simple. To help you finally feel free—free from the pressure to be more, do more, and prove yourself. We’re here to guide you toward accepting who you are, faults and all, and realizing that you’ve always been enough. We want to help you rediscover your confidence, reclaim your purpose, and start living life on your own terms—no more chasing after someone else’s idea of success.

Meet your Guide
michael j kline, the enoughness guy
Ever wonder how to write the perfect bio? Mike used to struggle with that—constantly comparing his story to others that seemed more impressive. But he realized that most bios are just about proving we’re enough. Mike believes that true enoughness starts with admitting that, sometimes, we don’t feel like we are—and that’s just part of being human.
Mike’s journey began in a junkyard (yes, really), the 11th of 12 children born into poverty to an abusive alcoholic father. After losing his mother to cancer at the age of 7, he and 3 siblings were raised by an emotionally abusive aunt and uncle where he learned an important lesson: resourcefulness is more powerful than resources. Despite these challenges, he climbed the corporate ladder, turned around struggling businesses, and launched six successful ventures.
Even with all of these achievements, Mike still struggled to feel like he was enough. No matter how many scholarships he earned or how much professional success he found, that deep sense of inadequacy followed him. It wasn’t until he dove deep into emotional healing that he began to uncover his true self-worth.
Today, Mike is a Certified Barrett Consultant, Jack Canfield Trainer, Master RIM Facilitator, and co-owner of a retreat center in Costa Rica. He dedicates his life to helping others break free from the same feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt that once held him back. Whether he’s leading transformative retreats or trekking through jungles and cloud forests, Mike is living proof that anyone can go from junkyard to joy.
Mike believes that most of the world’s suffering comes from people not feeling like they’re enough. His mission is to help others discover their enoughness and find fulfillment beyond external success.
Today he lives in Sarasota, FL, with his husband, Sal, and their Labradoodle, Luke.
